Unpaid Internship; Potential stipend given upon completion of the internship

Integrity Management Services, LLC (IntegrityM), a leading government consulting firm in the Washington D.C. area is seeking an intern to join out Business Development and Marketing team. The BD/Marketing Intern will assist with various business development projects including research and data analysis, compiling briefs, administrative data pulling/entry, creating initial marketing designs, researching opportunities for competitive advantage, and providing editing and grammatical review to external and internal documents. Additionally, they will support the product development strategy, planning, reporting, and communications of new business initiatives. The intern will be expected to be available at least 10-12 hours per week. This is an unpaid internship.

Additional responsibilities include:

· Researching and analyzing data to compile briefs

· Drawing conclusions based on findings and reporting to supervisor

· Developing business and research needs as related to products/services

· Helping the organization identify resources required to successfully launch and grow proposed new products, services or market opportunities

· Working with cross functional teams to assess organizational capabilities required

· Performing all other duties necessary including administrative data pulling and handling correspondence

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

· Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior (or currently enrolled at a College or University)

· Marketing, Public Affairs, or Business majors preferred

· Graphic design background preferred

· Familiar with Adobe Illustration and SharePoint

· Proficient in computer file structure and Microsoft applications

· Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

· Strong verbal communication and presentation skills also required

· Ability to clearly articulate ideas through concise and timely written correspondence

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional team members

· Ability to gather and analyze information, and develop fact-based recommendations

· Successfully deliver project deadlines
